Frequently asked questions

How does payment work?

It is not auto-billed monthly. Your 30-day pass starts at the time of payment, and after it expires you extend it yourself only if you want. Payments are processed securely by Toss Payments, and we never store your card details.

How do refunds work?

Within 7 days of payment, if you have not used paid features such as AI chat or image generation, you can request a full refund. After use, refunds may be limited based on the remaining period and usage. For refund inquiries, email support@datamingo.com.

What are credits?

Credits measure AI usage. One consult uses about 2,000 credits and one image 3,000. Unused credits expire when the pass period ends.

What happens if I cancel?

There is nothing to cancel. With the 30-day pass there is no auto-billing. When the period ends, that's it. You keep full access until the end of the period.

Is my sales data safe?

Entering data is always optional. What you enter is used only to provide the service, and raw AI conversations are not stored on our servers. See the privacy policy for details. View privacy policy

Can I get it via KakaoTalk notifications?

It's being prepared. Once notification delivery opens, owners who opt in will receive the morning brief there. For now you can check it on the dashboard.
