Frequently asked questions

How is this different from a general AI chatbot?

A general chatbot answers when asked and stops at advice. AXMINGO checks your business first, remembers it, and hands you deliverables: the message to send, the number to watch, the follow-up date. What you do next feeds the next recommendation.

How does the free trial work?

Once your sign-up is approved, you get 14 days of the core features free (10,000 starting credits, 10 conversations a day and 50 in total). No card is required, so nothing is charged automatically.

What are credits?

They measure AI usage. Each plan tops up monthly credits, and conversations draw them down. You can check your balance on the dashboard.

Is it safe to upload my customer list?

Your customer list is visible only inside your own account. Operators never read the original entries (name, contact, notes) — there is no screen that shows them. Statistics use anonymous aggregates that cannot identify a person.

Are messages sent to customers automatically?

No, never. AXMINGO only writes the draft; reviewing and sending are always yours to do.

Can I send marketing messages to anyone?

We recommend sending only to customers who have opted in. When consent is not confirmed, the action card shows a ⚠️ warning.

Will revenue go up if I follow the recommendations?

We do not guarantee revenue results. We present a data-based "expected effect" only, and a card marked 'unvalidated' is a suggestion still being checked.

How do I change or cancel a plan?

There is no recurring charge, so there is nothing to cancel. When a 30-day pass expires, nothing is billed; you renew or pick another plan yourself whenever you want. See the checkout page for the refund policy.

The AI response looks wrong or is slow.

AI can make mistakes, so always verify anything that matters (tax, legal, contracts). Tell us through the contact channel if errors persist and we will look into it quickly.
